Hi I am Sofia
I was someone who kept making the wrong choices when it came to men.
I could see who they truly were after a few months, and it was clear they were not the right fit for me. Sometimes, when a good guy came along i would say he was boring or I´d find a small flaw and turn it into a big deal . I would end up heart broken and single again, wondering what was wrong with me. I started believing that maybe i just wasn´t meant to have a lasting love.
The truth is i was afraid of intimacy, and didn´t communicate to men what i really wanted because i was afraid of loosing them. I kept putting my self down, making myself small, and feeling unworthy of the love i desired. For the past seven years, I have been leading women’s retreats, guiding women through deep transformational work.
I have worked with shamans and facilitators across Europe, supporting women in stepping into their power and creating real change in their lives. I am trauma-informed and have gone through deep transformational processes myself.
Inside these retreats, I work with practices such as plant medicine, inner child healing, future self activation, cacao ceremonies, sacred rage release, and breathwork.
