Welcome to sofiamavromati.com. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all coaching services and products provided by Sofia Mavromati ("Coach", "I", "me", or "my"), located in the Netherlands, to any individual or organization ("Client" or "you") purchasing or engaging with coaching services via this website or any related platform.

1. Services

Sofia Mavromati offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, programs, masterclasses, and digital resources focused on personal development, mindset, feminine energy, and life transformation. The coaching services are not therapy or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and purchase any services. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Booking & Payment

All sessions and programs must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment is accepted via the methods specified at checkout (Stripe, iDEAL, PayPal, etc.).

Prices include VAT where applicable under Dutch law.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule 1:1 coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable.

For group programs, masterclasses, or online products, no refunds will be given once access is granted.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic nature of coaching and the immediate access to digital content, no refunds are given except where required by Dutch or EU consumer law (e.g., statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain digital goods if not accessed/downloaded).

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process, but your progress depends on your own commitment and participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared (videos, PDFs, methods, exercises, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Sofia Mavromati. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, in accordance with the GDPR. However, if disclosure is required by law, I am obliged to comply.

9. Disclaimer

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. If you need support in these areas, you should consult a licensed professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Sofia Mavromati will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes to Terms

Sofia Mavromati reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on sofiamavromati.com.
