About me

Before this work, love was my biggest struggle.

I did not feel safe to fully receive love.
I was okay with men who gave too little, who did not fully choose me.
There was emotional distance, and that felt safer to me at the time.

I overgave.
I overfunctioned.
I tried to make love work from my head.

There came a moment where I saw it clearly.
Either I had to change, or I would keep choosing the same man again and again, just in a different body.

I did the inner work.
I saw my patterns.
I took responsibility for my part.
I changed how I was showing up in love.

Today I am in a loving relationship of seven years with a man who truly chooses me.
He takes care of things, supports my dreams, and stands by my side.
And I do the same for him.

This work is what I embodied.
It is not just theory, which is why I know what I teach works.
